Discerning Destinations does not own, operate, manage, or control these suppliers and is not liable for their acts, omissions, errors, delays, cancellations, or changes.

Clients agree that Discerning Destinations is not responsible for:

• Supplier cancellations or schedule changes
   
• Mechanical failures or transportation delays
   
• Weather events or natural disasters
   
• Health or safety incidents
   
• Government actions or restrictions
   
• Any injury, loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by suppliers
   

3. Pricing and Availability:

Travel pricing and availability are determined by suppliers and are subject to change without notice until confirmed and paid.

Discerning Destinations is not responsible for pricing changes imposed by suppliers.

4. Deposits and Payments:

Deposits and payments are required according to supplier policies.

Failure to make payments by required deadlines may result in cancellation of travel reservations and loss of deposits.

Cancellation penalties are determined by the supplier and may be substantial.

5. Travel Documents and Requirements:

Clients are responsible for ensuring they possess all required travel documents, including:

• Valid passports
   
• Visas (if required)
   
• Vaccination documentation (if required)
   
• Any other required travel documentation
   

Discerning Destinations is not responsible for denied boarding, entry, or travel disruptions resulting from incomplete or invalid documentation.

6. Travel Insurance:

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against unexpected cancellations, medical emergencies, travel interruptions, and other unforeseen circumstances.

Discerning Destinations is not responsible for losses that could have been covered by travel insurance.

7. Client Responsibility:

Clients are responsible for reviewing all travel documents, confirmations, and supplier terms and conditions.

Clients must notify Discerning Destinations promptly of any errors or concerns.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and materials, is the property of Discerning Destinations and may not be copied or used without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability:
